After the Nazis murdered 20 million civilians in Russia and raped women the Soviet Union's Red Army had their revenge on the Nazis. The Red Army men began killing the German people and raping their women in revenge. The Nazis surrendered to the Allied Forces after Adolf Hitler, the evil Nazi dictator, killed himself.

at the end of World War 1, the League of Nations had made the Treaty of Versailles for Germany, stating that they would take blame for starting the war, and would limit their armed forces, as well as paying a lot of money to the world war 1 damaged countries. Hitler was like screw that and broke the treaty, which started tensions rising again.

Germany withdrew from the disarment talks, then they reoccupied the Rhineland. the rhineland is a strip of land between france and germany that used to be there.as part of the treaty that germany broke, it stated that France got to keep it. but they took it back....
