During World War II, the two major fronts were the European Front and the Pacific Front. The European Front involved conflicts primarily between the Allied powers and Nazi Germany, including significant battles such as Stalingrad and D-Day. The Pacific Front centered around the struggle between the Allies, particularly the United States, and Japan, with key battles like Midway and Iwo Jima. These two fronts shaped the course of the war and ultimately led to the defeat of the Axis powers.
Omar Bradley served primarily in the European Theatre during World War II. He played a significant role in major campaigns such as the Normandy invasion and the liberation of France. His leadership was crucial in the Allied forces' operations against Nazi Germany. Bradley did not serve in the Pacific Theatre.
In the European theater, General Dwight D. Eisenhower served as the Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Force, leading troops during key operations such as D-Day and the liberation of Western Europe. In the Pacific theater, Admiral Chester W. Nimitz played a crucial role as Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet, overseeing major naval battles and strategies against Japan.
During World War II, the early major military strategy in the Pacific theatre was to stop the Japanese from approaching the United States by taking control of the Midway Islands. The European theatre was focusing on Africa to prevent enemy forces from moving northward.
There were a series of campaigns fought in all theaters. WW2 was broken down into three major theaters for the western allies: ETO, PTO, CBI (European Theater of Operations; Pacific Theater of Operations; and the China, Burma, India Theater of Operations).
I have attached a link with all the campaign details for the two theaters of World War 2 in 1945.

In WW2, the US fought on two major fronts, the Pacific and the European fronts. The European front can be further divided into Europe proper and North Africa where the Americans faced off briefly with the Vichy French. The Pacific front stretched for thousands of miles. In Europe, the Americans' main thrust was through France and Italy.

the western, Germany and pacific front Japan...however, you could say there were three fronts. those two are important, but the other is the home front. it had the most impact on the US economicaly, politicaly and socialy.
For the US everything besides Europe and the Pacific was a sideshow, the defeat of Germany and Japan was the goal.
The four major types of fronts are cold fronts, warm fronts, stationary fronts, and occluded fronts. Cold fronts occur when cold air displaces warm air, while warm fronts happen when warm air rises over cold air. Stationary fronts form when neither air mass is strong enough to replace the other, and occluded fronts develop when a cold front overtakes a warm front.
