To remove the gas tank from a Suzuki Marauder, start by ensuring the bike is on a stable surface and the fuel is drained. Disconnect the negative battery terminal, then remove the seat and any side panels to access the tank. Unplug the fuel line and any electrical connections, then unscrew the mounting bolts that secure the tank. Finally, lift the tank off the frame carefully, ensuring no hoses or wires are still attached.
you will have to remove the gas tank and then remove the covers, located on each side near the front of the engine.
Yes it has two vz 800 under gas tank up front one on each side
There are two on my 98 marauder. One is directly under the gas tank, the other is under the seat at the back end of the rear engine cyinder. You have to remove the gas tank to get to the front one. Take the side covers off and the battery out to get to the other. If you search online, you can find a vz800 repair manual with details.
