Some people think that he does because she reminds him of his uncle yashimaru,but the people who say that,don't really know much about gaara,because yashimaru never cared about gaara,he never really loved him,he was sent by the fourth kazekage to assassinate gaara,and tried to kill him,hoping that it would avenge the death of his sister and the last words he said to him was''this is it please die'',and this was when gaara started to gain hatred against suna,because everybody hated him,the only one who truly loved gaara,was his mother,so id say...gaara pretty much just hates sakura,yeah they did look at each other once IN THE FILLER!!! ∙ 9y agoGaara and Sakura are too seperate people who are not acquainted. There was only one time when they interacted and that was when Gaara wanted to kill her. Later on in Shippuden, Gaara seems to grow up once he acquires the Kazekage status. He thinks of Konoha as an ally. So, maybe Gaara thinks of Sakura more like a comrade than a friend.

To add on to it being unclear if his affections still lie with Sakura, in the anime there has been some glimpses into Ten Ten having some romantic feelings toward Lee. Now when you go by "love," he doesn't romantically love him. It can be shown that he loves him as a close friend. Similar to the relationship held with Naruto and Gaara, or even Naruto and Sauske. Naruto did everything he could for both of those two. Lee hasn't had as much of a chance to help Gaara anyway except for when Team 7 and Gai's team go on the first mission during the shippuden seasons. The times we see Lee have contact with Gaara is very minimum so its difficult to truly answer that question. But romantically I do not believe so. No, Lee doesn't "love" Gaara. They become friends sometime after Gaara reforms. As far as romance where Lee is concerned, his affections lie with Haruno Sakura, but it is unclear at this point if he still has romantic feelings for her.
