Since she was pregnant with Keith's child (Dan killed Keith) Dan decided to try and look after her. She didn't want to get back togehter. They nearly did but just then Lucas came in with a gun because he had found out that Dan shot Keith.

∙ 12y agoNo they never got married, they had planned to when they were in high school, however after Karen found out she was pregnant with Lucas Dan left Karen to pursue his dream in Basketball and moved on with another woman. They do start dating for a while in Season 4 but doesnt go far when Karen finds out he killed her fiance/ father of her second child Lilly
