As there are around 8 different endings in the game changing by causing major changes throughout game play, many of the Paradox Endings require a Fragment Skill called Paradox Scope. It is obtained at Serendipity from the Mystic in Temptation Plaza. Unlocked after completing the main story then having it turned on activates alternate battle versions, when replayed from the main story, thus unlocking Paradox Endings.
