The reason one does spring cleaning is to do a thorough deep cleaning of one's home. Even if a home is well maintained with regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, there are certain tasks that are usually done less frequently like removing dusting and removing cobwebs from ceiling fans and light fixtures.
