look to the right of the radio for a button that says clock. push it and your display shoulg show "set hour" or something similar. use the radio tuning knob to set the hour. push the button again for minutes and use the tuning to set them. if you have an older van there 2 small/tiny buttons to the right of the radio display screen. use a pen tip to push them. they are marked HH and MM.

If the radio is the same as the 98 caravan, there are two tiny buttons to the right of the display with the letters H and M to the left of them, sstanding for hours and minutes, just use a toothpick to press each one until the desired time is displayed.
On my 1991 caravan, turn the key on, hit the "Set" key so "P" appears on the screen, then push the select key, and you are now on time settings, use your dial to dial in the time and hit "set" once finished. (self discovered, and answered to share information)
The fuses are under the hood. Here is the link to the wiring diagram. http://www.dodge.com/bodybuilder/2006/rs/rsmo.pdf
all you have to do is tune in the station you want an then push the numbered button and hold it till the display flashes once
If the radio in a 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan quits working, it is likely a blown fuse. It could also be faulty wiring or a defective radio.
