I had a baby 5 months ago and a tubal ligation, I had spotting after my pregnancy and that's it so far. No period! Yet....... and im not prego

Only by a abdominal scan and tests. I doubt if you could tell if a tubal ligation is still intact with an ultrasound. The only way I am aware you could tell for sure would be with a laparoscopy or a hyysterosalpingogram (a test where dye is injected into the uterus and tubes and then an X-Ray is taken). Unless you have gotten pregnant, why would you suspect the tubal ligation is no longer effective?
