The police will take no further action unless the person is stopped in the future. If that happens a check of the person's record will show outstanding violations and the person may be taken into custody. Depending on the extent of the citation, any previous outstanding violations, the jurisdiction where the ticket was issued and so forth, the court can issue a bench warrant for the person's arrest if the circumstances warrant. Regardless of what if any futher action is taken, the person will have to pay up if they want to renew their license.
Your license will be suspended and you won't be able to obtain a license in any other state. If you're stopped on a suspended license, that's usually a mandatory court appearance and will involve fines far greater than the original speeding ticket. Plus, you'll have the driving record that states your DL was suspended for failure to pay a speeding ticket, which will dramatically increase your insurance.
Most likely a warrant for your arrest will be issued. The fines you will then be required to pay will greatly exceed the fine you are now facing, so unless you have lots of extra money to just throw away to the wind, then just pay the stupid ticket now and get on with life.
you probably have a court date or something if you want to appeal the ticket. If you don't pay the ticket and miss your court date, they put out a bench warrant for you, and then they come looking for you to take you to jail.
Yes, you can be arrested....it happened to me.....be sure to pay your ticket when it is due.
you will go to jail or be on house arrest
You have to pay the ticket. And go through inspection.
You'll probably have a warrant out for your arrest. Good luck it happened to me. Best bet it to goto the police station and just pay it off. No biggy
This happened to me. You will be handcuffed, arrested and booked. It is a misdemeanor. Just sign the ticket!
You go to jail, so pay it now!
If I am from Florida but got a speeding ticket in CA, can I go to Traffic School to remove the points from my insurance? I plan on paying the ticket.
They will probably get your license number and then if you dont pay they will track you down
If you do not pay a ticket for drinking in public, you can actually have a warrant issued for your arrest. You will then need to appear in court and will often receive fines or jail time.
you have no ticket. or unless your name is on it.
Your driver's license will be suspended and the next time you are stopped you will spend some time in jail.

When violating a rule, it is important to pay the fines associated with it. If a person does not pay a parking ticket, they can end up with late fees and possible jail time.
You're fu*ked
They pay it or go to court.
In most cases, if you pay a traffic ticket late, you will be have to pay an additional penalty. If the ticket is really late, you may have to go to court. Most times, you either pay the ticket or go to the court date that is stated on the traffic ticket.

you should probably pay the ticket and get some insurance--or you'd get in some trouble...:(
