112th element is at current Ununbium. This will change soon though the German scientists who discovered the element have been allowed time to give it a more "personal" name before it is officially added to the Periodic Table.
Elements 111 to 118 are all synthetics.
I believe that element 117 has been named, but hasn't been synthesized, isolated, or discovered in nature yet.
Roentgenium is the "official" permanent name of element 111. The other names are "temporary" names and may change in the future.
