You have to look at two places on the coin, and a couple of places online.
First, you need to know the coin's date. Next you need to look above the DO in DOLLAR on the back to see if there's a mint mark letter. Possible letters are:
Armed with that knowledge, you can then check a price guide showing retail values for each date, mint mark, and condition - two good ones are linked below. If you want to sell the coin you'll have to decide how much effort to put into it. A dealer will pay wholesale, about 2/3 or so of retail, but you'll have the money right away. You could get more on eBay or another auction site but you have to handle the sale yourself.

It would be extraordinarily rare, because the last Morgan dollars were minted in November, 1921. Your coin is called a Peace dollar, as can be seen from the word below the eagle on the reverse side. Please see the Related Question for more information.
It doesn't exist. "Morgan" describes the silver dollars designed by George T. Morgan that were minted from 1878 to 1904 and in 1921. If your coin is a genuine US silver dollar dated 1800 it would be called a Draped Bust dollar and could be quite valuable, but there are MANY counterfeits. nothing it's a fakeMoreMorgan dollars (designed by George Morgan, hence the name) were minted from 1878 to 1904 and again in 1921. Are you sure you don't have a walking liberty half dollar? They were minted in 1947 but look very different from a Morgan dollar - and in any case they clearly say "half dollar" on the back. If so, please see the Related Question for values.
