(RECOVERED FROM "What is considered the hardest riddle in the world")

One
There is a man stuck in a concrete cube. There is concrete behind, in front, above, below, and on both sides of him. Each wall is 10 feet thick and there are no holes or windows. The only other thing in this cube of 10 feet thick concrete is a table and a mirror. How does the man escape?

Two
There are four animals standing around a coconut tree. The animals are a lion, a monkey, a squirrel, and a giraffe. Which animal will get the bananas off the tree first?

Three
In a street there are five houses, painted five different colors.
In each house lives a person who has a different nationality, who keeps a different pet, drinks different beverages, and smokes a different brand of cigar.
Who owns the fish?
Clues:

  1. The British man lives in a red house.
  2. The Swedish man keeps dogs as pets.
  3. The Danish man drinks tea.
  4. The Green house is next to, and on the left of the White House.
  5. The owner of the Green house drinks coffee.
  6. The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
  7. The owner of the Yellow house smokes Dunhill.
  8. The man living in the center house drinks milk.
  9. The Norwegian lives in the first house.
  10. The man who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats.
  11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
  12. The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
  13. The German smokes Prince.
  14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
  15. The Blends smoker lives next to the one who drinks water.

Four
You are killed in a plane crash and find yourself at 2 doors : one leads to heaven and the other to hell. There is a troll at each door and the trolls are identical in every way. You find instructions posted on the wall behind you : you can ask one question and one question only, and you can only direct it to one of the trolls. One troll will always lie to you regardless of your question, and the other will always tell you the truth. Only the trolls themselves know which will lie and which will be truthful, and that is all you are told. What one question should you ask?

A1 : He looks in the mirror. He takes what he saw, and saws the table in half. He puts the table together again, two halves making a whole. He leaves through the hole. :-)
A2: It's a coconut tree.
A3 : The man who own the fish is the German in the green house, who smokes Prince and drinks coffee.
(Complete solution at the related link to "Einstein's Puzzle")
A4 : Ask "If I were to ask the other troll which gate leads to heaven, which door would he point to?" If the lying troll were to be asked, he would have to consider the honest troll's perspective, but because he has to lie, he will be forced to point at the door leading to hell. Alternately, the honest troll would consider the lying troll's perspective and be truthful, making him point to the door that leads to hell. Obviously, you would enter the door that the troll you are asking did not point to.
