NO. Though each state has it's own laws it is illegal everywhere that I know of. The only exceptions that I know is if you where on your own proptery, but even then it is iffy. The problem is that there is no way for the Conservation Officer to know that you are not hunting. Then why would you want to do that? With people hunting and shooting, you walking around would only spoil their hunt. It also might be dangerous. In addition diliberately interfering with legal hunting IS A CRIME, and one you will be proscuted for. So the answer is Yes you must have a license, and don't do it because it is unsafe.
Possibly. Most license vendors do not have the facility to check a background, but a hunting license would not allow a felon to possess a firearm. They could/would still be arrested for that offense and obtaining a hunting license would actually show intent.
it stoppep being a hunting tool but are still curently being made for sport. The advent of the rifle substituted the boomerand for hunting kangaroo.
They are not in danger. Still plenty around. In fact, there are so many there is a hunting season each year.
The natives in America still primarily used Bows and Arrows, also spare like weapons. The Europeans and the colonists had more advanced hunting weapons like muskets and rifles. the Brown Bess, Blunderbuss, Kentucky Rifle, and the Charleville Musket were 4 of the few musket rifle like weapons of the 1700's used for hunting
the brady bill only stops law abiding people from buying hunting and sporting guns. this is by far one of the worst bills ever to pass. this bs bill stopped me from buying a hunting rifle, i have to wait three days . i have no i repeat no criminal record. as you can see the criminals still get guns. thanks again for not allowing me to purchase a hunting rifle.
Still Hunting
No-as long as you fall into the "landowner" category (you own the land, are a permanent resident on the land, are in the immediate family of the landowner, etc). You must still purchase any additional stamps that would not be covered by a basic hunting license. Refer to the WV DNR's website for more detailed info.
The 308 Norma Mag is beyond a hunting rifle. It is more of an AMW. (Anti-Material-Weapon) or a very long range sniper rifle. If the rifle is in good shape and still has the standard wood stock and medium barrel, I would say it is worth $1,000.00 American dollars.
The only way you will get a correct answer is to get a copy of the current hunting season regulations. If you are still unsure, go the Missouri Department of Conservation web site.
If you Transferred your NY license to a Florida driver license can still get tickets on your NY license
yes,you have to have a license to hunt this unless you are part of his family.
No. A felony charge prohibits you from being able to legally own a firearm. You may be able to have your record expunged, but it'll take a lawyer, a whole lot of money, and then you still have a good chance of it not being expunged.
