well we have the enviro's want more fish in the water in order to achieve better water health, then the government rely on the economical factors involved through taxes i think, then theres also the factors of fish farmers who want to fish. My uncle goes to the peir and often catches fish quite regulary, so there is plent of fish still availible however i need to test more water areas. Fish farmers want to fish to make more money, so the issue is between earning money, or making a better evironment
