In Michigan, it is illegal to smoke in a vehicle with a child present. The law prohibits smoking tobacco in a car when a child under the age of 18 is present, aiming to protect children from secondhand smoke exposure. Violating this law can result in fines.

If you bought the car "as is" with no warrantee, you have no legal recourse.
Yes, third-hand smoke can be a danger to babies and toddlers as it can linger on surfaces and in dust, exposing them to harmful chemicals. Parents can protect their children by avoiding smoking indoors, washing hands and changing clothes after smoking, and keeping their home and car smoke-free.
10 im guessing
It should be 13.
6 years old.
WHERE IS THE SMOKE COMING FROM ?
the age that you need to be to ride in the front seat of the car is 12
It can be... i mean there are any number of things that could happen..smoke could get in your eye which anyone who has ever had that happen knows how much that hurts, you could drop the ciggarette on your lap...but you could also drop a coffee on your lap or get dust in your eye...so its all relative. lets be honest....smoking is terrible for you regardless. if you don't have children in the car its terrible for you and everyone who is in the car... second hand smoke is just as awful for you. if you are planning on having children then don't smoke in your car because it could cause lung cancer for them. even if you are not smoking with them in the car the smoke sticks to things and is EXTREMELY hard to get out
The age recommended is 13 or older.
