He only a year older then you. That's perfectly fine. Now if he was 15 then you would have a BIG problem. But why don't you try talkin to him and try gettin to know him. After a couple days see if he has changed when he talks to you. And if its for better then yeah he may like youu. And sooner or later tell him how you feel.
