The value of universal gravitational Constant(G) doesn't change it is constant at any place in

the universe, it's value is 6.67259 x 10-11Nm2/Kg2

But the value of g varies from from place to place on earth, planet to planet and star to star because g=GM/R2

As G is constant g depends on M=mass of planet,R=radius of planet,so g varies with the change in M and R.
