An ounce is a unit of mass. A litre is a unit of capacity. Therefore the two measurements are incompatible. The equivalent unit of capacity equal to one ounce is one fluid ounce. 1 liter = 33.8140226 US fluid ounces 1 US fluid ounce = 0.0295735297 liters

33.8. I got this answer by taking 1L converting it to 1000mL, there are 29.57fl. oz in a mL. If you take 1000mL and divide it by the number of fluid ounces in a mL, then you receive the correct answer which is, once again, 33.8.
