A cubic foot = 12" x 12" x 12" so if a square foot 1" thick were stacked 12 times it would = a cubic foot.
Although if you're talking about surface area it would be 6 to cover all sides
My thoughts exactly therefore it would cover 144 sq. ft. 1" thick.
It is dependent on the depth of your material.
One cubic yard is equal to 27 cubic feet, therefore, you could cover 27 square feet to a depth of one foot or one square foot to a depth of 27 feet. Both scenarios seem rather unlikely.
To calculate your coverage, determine your target depth (in inches), and figure out how far one cubic foot will get you, e.g. one cubic foot at three inches of depth will cover four square feet. Multiply four by 27 and you get 108 square feet of coverage at three inches depth.
Another way to think about it is my first example of 27 feet at one foot of depth. If you want half that depth, you double the coverage to 54 feet; one third of the depth and you triple the coverage.
Good luck.
That depends on how thin you spread it.
If it's 16 feet deep, then it covers 1 square foot.
If it's 1 foot deep, then it covers 16 square feet.
If it's one inch deep, then it covers 192 square feet.
It all depends on how thin you spread it.
It should cover 12 square feet, if spread one inch deep. If spread two inches deep it will cover 6 square feet.
The 'square feet' of area that it covers is 324/(depth in inches)
1 cubic foot = 1,728 cubic inches
Also roughly 7.4805 gallons (rounded).
Also roughly 0.02832 cubic meter (rounded).
One square foot
18 meters
Don’t know
It depends how thin the cubic feet are. If they are 1 foot thick: 21,000 cubic feet. If they are 3 feet thick: 63,000 cubic feet will cover 21,000 square feet.
This question can not be answered because square feet are a measure of area and a cubic meter is a measure of volume.
It depends on how thick each square foot is! Actually, a square foot isn't "thick" at all, so you could theoretically stack up an infinite number of them and still not reach the one foot high you would need to make a cubic foot. (cubic feet) = (square feet) × (height in feet)
1 acre = 4,840 square yards = 4,840 x 9 square feet = 43,560 square feet. 1 square foot 1 inch thick equals 1/12 of a cubic foot, so 43,560 square feet 1 inch thick equal 1/12 x 43,560= 3,630 cubic feet.
1 yard = 3 feet 1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet 1 inch = 1/12 feet Then: Square feet = (100 x 27)/ ( 2 x 1/12) = 2700 x 6 =16200 sq feet
It depends how thin the cubic feet are. If they are 1 foot thick: 21,000 cubic feet. If they are 3 feet thick: 63,000 cubic feet will cover 21,000 square feet.
One "yard" of dirt (meaning one cubic yard) contains 46,656 cubic inches. Spread 8 inches thick this will cover 5832 square inches or 40.5 square feet.
27 square feet Answer. 15 square metres at 3 inches thick.

5inches
39.1116 cubic yards
A cubic yard is 46,656 cubic inches. Spread to a thicknes of 5 inches, a cubic yard of concrete covers 9332.1 square inches, which is 64.8 square feet.
It depends how thick the gravel is being laid - at 4 inches thick, a cubic yard will cover 81 square feet.
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet700 square feet x 1/2 foot = 350 cubic feet = 1226/27 cubic yards(12.963 cubic yards, rounded)
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet(area) x (1/2 foot) = 27 cubic feetarea = 27/0.5 = 54 square feet
It depends on the thickness of slab. A yard of cement contains 9 cubic feet. Thus, it would cover 9 square feet if the slab was 1 foot thick. For a 4 inch thick slab, it would cover 3 times as much area, or 27 square feet.
