gear and pinion drive
If the driven shaft and the drive turn in opposite directions at the same angle, the gear system on a small appliance is called an internal gear system. This setup allows the gears to mesh properly and transmit motion effectively between the driving and driven shafts.
Currents powered by wind are called wind-driven currents or wind-driven circulation. These currents are created by the friction between the wind and the surface of the water, causing the water to move in the direction of the wind.
Very few questions are this much challenging to answer! The answer is no. Both parts can move in any direction including the opposite direction. The final outcome will depend upon the amount of energy released by the explosion. The amount of energy taken in by the breakage of the object. ( The rest of the energy will be taken up by the two objects to move away from each other.) Whether the explosion takes place at the center of gravity or away from it. When explosion takes place at the center of gravity, two parts will be driven away from each other. If the explosion takes place away from the center of gravity, then the whole piece will together move away from the explosion point in opposite direction of the explosion point. The final direction of the two parts will be decided by the center of the gravity of the both parts. There are very less chances that both the parts will move in opposite direction. In most of the cases both parts will move away from each other making an angle. The bigger part will move away with less speed. It can be further explained with the help of the diagram and trignomentry. In day today life you have got a gun. Here in explosion takes place inside the barrel. It seems that the bullet and the gun move in opposite direction. It is true. But the direction is not exactly opposite. It is roughly opposite. Here the bullet takes a high speed. Because it has got a less mass. The gun also gets a recoil. As you can feel the thrust in case of rifle on your shoulder. When both the parts move away in opposite direction, the product of mass and velocity is same. Now the second question is very easy to answer. You see that in day to day game of carrom board or the billiard. Here you strike at the periphery of the ball and both of them move away by making an angle. Here also the angular momentum plays a role.
The reaction force when a hammer hits a nail is called the law of motion. This motion falls under Newton's Third Law.
Surface water is pushed in different directions primarily by winds, tides, and ocean currents. Winds blowing across the surface of the water can create waves and cause water to move in the direction of the wind. Tides, influenced by the gravitational pull of the moon and sun, can cause water to rise and fall, leading to currents that move water horizontally. Ocean currents are also driven by differences in temperature, salinity, and the Earth's rotation, which can push surface water in various directions.

Depending on gearing selection and coupling selection there is no limit to the angular displacement between a drive shaft and a driven shaft. Belts chains and pulleys, along with gearing and cranks can be used to alter the direction of applied forces to any shafts. Universal direct connected drive joints, or PTO drives usually have an angular drive range of up to 45 degrees off centerline, while angular gearing can be used from 45 to 90 degrees (or more), and bull and pinion gears can reverse directions a full 180 degrees. Worm gears normally are fixed at 90 degrees.
if you can't change the RPM of the motor, you have to change the gearing of the chain drive. Fit a smaller sprocket to the motor to slow the conveyor down, or a bigger to speed it up.
i believe it to be a primal instinct...because if we didn't...i wouldn't be here to write this as you wouldn't be here to read it. However, the so-called instinct is driven by hormones and pheromones.

Literally you'd have no drive to the wheels. If you mean a drive-train without differential gearing, as can be effected by use of a 'diff-lock', both the driven wheels would rotate at the same speed making cornering on hard surfaces seem 'funny', e.g. 'understeer'. It would also cause much more tyre wear on the driven wheels.
