Presumably we are talking about the third wife of Henry VIII

Yes, she had two brothers, Thomas and Edward, and a sister Elizabeth.

Extra fact

She was the daughter of Sir John Seymour and Margery Wentworth

She was also Henry VIII's 5th cousin

She was distantly related to Anne Boleyn (they shared a grand-mother)

Henry had an Older Brother "Arther" who would have been King and was crowned Prince of Wales, but he died of a "sweating disease" aged 16. His Sisters "Margaret" died aged 52, and "Mary" died aged 37. Henry died aged 56. There were however other childred born to Henry VII and Elizabeth Plantagenet. They were; Elizabeth who died aged 3 Edmund who died aged 1 Katherine born and died at birth in 1503 Edward still born. So there were in fact 7 siblings to Henry VIII. .....the question for debate it why! Some think that Diabetes was strong in the genes, and this caused the "Sweating disease" that killed Arthur, and the still births, and the eventual mood swings of Henry and his weight changes! ...food for thought!

Yes, he had an older brother called Arthur who was the heir tp the throne, Henry was just the spare, Arthur however, died before his father. Margaret was the oldest girl and she went on to marry James IV of Scotland, Mary, the youngest, married Louis XII of France and then Charles Brandon. There were other children who did not survive beyond infancy.
