I've read The Bible through 4-5 time, and have taught from it for over 15 years. I have never read any verse like that or similar to that. The Bible actually teaches that after the end times and the enemy and his legions are thrown into the lake of fire, and that the earth and everything on it will be burned up and a new earth will be made. And the dead won't be walking on the earth.

"When hell is full, the dead will walk the Earth" is actually a quote from the film remake "Dawn of the Dead".

No, it is not.

The Bible says that the 'MEEK(humble/ teachable) will inherit the earth...and live forever upon it' (Psalms 37:10,11+29)(Matthew 5:5)(Proverts 2:21+22). God gave us the earth as a gift (Psalm 115:16).

Infact the Bible talks about an END to hell and death.

Revelation 20:13(KJ) says" ...death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works" and then"death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death..." or final destruction.

Revelation 21:4 says: 'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."(NIV)

Zechariah 14:12
