If you're referring to the Torah, the Torah is not the "Jewish law". Torah means teachings and the prevailing tradition is that it contains 613 mitzvot or guidelines.

Jewish law is called 'halacha'. Halacha is recorded in the Talmud, not the Torah and there are thousands of laws.

All of them. The Torah (Old Testament) contains 613 commandments, 248 positive and 365 negative. The one we can not do, because the Temple no longer stands or is only applicable to a certain tribe or gender, we do by studying the law associated with them.

There are 613 mitzvot (commandments) derived from the Torah (first 5 books of The Bible), which is too many to list here. Several hundred of them are unfulfillable because they require the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, which no longer exists. Another hundred or so can only be followed if the related situation happens to occur, such as the mitzvot regarding divorce or death.

Some Christians are completely unaware that most of the non-Temple related mitzvot are still practiced by Jews today, such as dietary laws and laws governing clothing, tattoos, and the speaking out loud (or even writing) of God's true name.

-- Stop before you eat, and give thanks for having your needs satisfied.

-- Stop after you eat, and give thanks for having your needs satisfied.

-- When you dig a hole, cover it or build a fence around it before dark.

-- If a man works a day for you, feed him, and pay him on the day he worked.

-- Without two trustworthy witnesses who will swear that they were there and saw it happen,

there is no court case.

-- A thief who is apprehended repays double to his victim. If he doesn't have it,

he's put to work to earn it. But he's not treated cruelly.

-- Stay away from a bad crowd.

-- Don't cook a goat in its mother's milk.

-- Chase after justice.

-- Don't give or take bribes.

-- Don't eat blood, rodents, worms, insects, pigs, or shellfish.

-- When you're driving and see your buddy on the shoulder fixing a flat, stop and help him.

-- During Passover, don't eat anything leavened, fermented, or aged.

-- You're entitled to use land, but you don't own it. Farm it and use the produce for six years,

and in the seventh year the land gets a break.

-- When you're harvesting the field and a bundle falls off the wagon, leave it where it is.

There are a lot of people who need it worse than you do, and they'll be along soon.
