No, He was God coming to earth and taking on flesh

Another answer

If by 'alien' we mean extraterrestrial, we have one spiritual organisation called The Aetherius Society which proposes that Jesus was from the planet Venus! (To be fair he does state in The Bible that he came from the Bright and Morning Star.....which is Venus!)

no!

Another answer

In a way, he was. An alien is someone from another place. Jesus came from a heavenly place. But he was completely human.

There is as yet no scientific proof of aliens, period. They may be real but that is not the same as knowing it for a fact.

Yes God is an Alien, far Superior to any human (Humans are only God's Monkey experiment...sort of an amusing hobby actually...Much like dog breeding.

I don't think god even exists

yes

The Old Testament god is probably fictional in personality and originally

refers to something coming from the stars possibly aliens or possibly something else like predator

I do agree with what your saying, but i must add in that for us to state such a vivid assumption we would be obligated to present the readers with a list of theorys supporting the article. The first thing that comes to mind when i hear this topic is an incident that occured not to long ago with a man in a normal airplane that we are familiar with today, crashed in a jungle. He was found by a civilization still primitive compared to us, with his steel, bird like object that he could fly in. Instantly he was promoted to the rank of God, it isn't physical evidence but it sure assists a possible psychological point of view, why so many ancients spoke of the "gods" flying machines. I need more time to explain possible theorys.

A different viewpoint:

No, God is not an alien. As the one who created the earth, as well as the entire universe, it would be impossible for Him to be an alien to something He created.

Different viewpoint:

technically speaking, an alien is a person who does not own allegiance to your country, so if you do believe in god, yes god would be an alien as he is not from my country ;)

platypus's on the other hand...........

A bit more:

God is no alien, period. While he may seem to be alien to those who do not believe in Him, He is very much present. He created the universe, the earth, all that is on it, and all life on earth. So to think of Him as an alien to a world He created and the very lives He created is beyond comprehension.

God Created the Entire Universe, everything. Even if there were aliens that live on other planets, all it would mean is that God created them as well. I cannot see any life form being able to create the Universe.

Jesus was a man, a Human 100 percent and 100 percent God as well. God made man in his image, we are his children. So he cannot be an alien.

Jesus was not an alien (there are no aliens), he was said to be the son of God.

He was considered the Messiash whom the Jews had been waiting for according to the Old Testament. The problem was that the Jews denied that he was the Messiash who was sent by the God, so Jesus with his teachings founded a new religion, named Christianity..

Many Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God and a person of the divine Holy Trinity. Muslims believe that he was only human, but also one of the prophets of Islam. Others believe that Jesus was no more than a wandering preacher about whom fantastic stories of miracles arose. Yet another view is that Jesus of Nazareth never really lived, but that he was a literary creation, to suit a developing religious movement. The least likely view, which we can discount immediately, must be that he was an alien.

No, of course not. Yahweh is an invented name for the actual Hebrew name of God. It is not used within the Jewish religion. It is only used by Christians.

No, by definition, God is not an alien. He is the supreme being the creator of the universe.
