By living that life that God intends for them, by praying regularly, receiving the sacraments of confession and Holy Communion on a regular basis, and by practicing the Corporal and Spiritual works of mercy; most of all by living a grace filled life and walking in the Savior's footsteps and meeting all of the demands of their state in life.
