Yes, Adam was with Eve as one would expect at this point of the story:
Genesis 3:6New King James Version (NKJV)6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
1 Timothy 2
14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
Galatians 6
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Adam was with Eve and knew exactly what she was doing!
Genesis chapter 3.
But they eat a fruit that is not named so it is not necessarily an apple.
The Bible says it was the simple act of eating a literal fruit (the Bible does not say it was an "apple") that God had told Adam and Eve not to eat. (Genesis 3:1-6)
Adam
Popular tradition claims the Bible says that Adam and Eve ate an 'apple' from the forbidden tree and a piece of got stuck in Adam's throat, hence the 'Adam's Apple' in mostly men's throat. The Bible doesn't mention any particular fruit on the 'tree'.It is possible that a loose translation of the Hebrew term tappuach ha Adam , meaning mail bump led to the term Adams apple. In Hebrew, Adam means man, and tappuachis similar to the old Hebrew word for apple.
The Adam's apple got it's name in reference to the old Bible story of Adam of Eve. Adam's apple is a reference to the forbidden fruit Adam takes.
Body; Adam's apple. After: Adam
The Bible does not give a reason for the existence of the Adam's apple. If a relation to the Bible is desired, some people say - more tongue in cheek than serious - that Adam immediately felt guilty upon biting the apple and a piece of it got stuck in his throat and all men henceforth have had this anatomical feature.
there is no mention in the bible about eve's death i am assuming eve died in the same year as Adam
The bible does not mention the exact day when Eve was created from Adams rib, But Eve came after Adam.
Yes. it lists all the father-son combinations back to Adam.
Yes. (Genesis 3:7) But God didn't think that was enough to cover them; so God made longer garments for them. Genesis 3:21. Also, a side note, the Bible does not say that Adam and Eve ate an 'apple'. It says they ate a 'fruit'.(Genesis 3:6)
the apple Actually, the bible never tells you what Adam and Eve eat because it is not very important.
Do you know why---??? Why? Because Andre Dickling went on to toot with some psycho, so baby turned out to be...you know. A theological explanation is that Adam and Eve turned bad after eating an apple...read the Bible to find out more.
