'meditating' or thinking deeply and prayerful on scriptural things (Joshua 1:8/Psalm 1:2) and then speaking with God's wisdom and justice. Those 'righteous' in God's eyes use God's word to successfully direct their lives and help others do the same(Colossians 4:6/Ephesians 4:29/Matthew 12:35).
