The "Analects of Confucius" is a book about Confucius' teachings that was written after his death by his students. His theories and principles eventually became the basis of China's civil-service training system. His most important principle is the 'rectification of names':

'Ruler,ruler; minister, minister; father, father; son, son'.

This means that names should become realities and people need to live up to there job title.
