Typically 15 is the age, but I know for a fact this isn't a corporate restriction and we hire as young as 13 but it's very rare and the individual would have to show extreme maturity and might have to have a specific need for a job.

In the United States and in most states, 16 is the youngest age to work at McDonalds. The main issue is safety and insurance costs.
