Shipshewana Auction & Flea Market -- the Midwest's largest outdoor flea market
Finding the best vintage furniture for a living room can be daunting. The best place to find this type of items would be in a flea market. Going to a flea market is not easy and you have to have patience and an eye for what you really want. Also, going to a flea market very early would definitely help.
Flea in french is Puce, the phrase flea market comes from France when back in the days, the "marche aux puces" was infested with fleas.
It originated in France...there were the outdoor markets full of used furniture, clothing, household items and such and then there were the fleas (in the stuff) so it eventually was dubbed a "flea market". Hope this helped!
Flea markets are similar to garage sales in that they typically offer used items at low prices in a temporary venue. The difference is that a flea market is larger than a garage sale, includes multiple sellers, and is more likely to carry new, unused items.
At a flea market, a person buys a space to sell his wares and only those people can sell their items. At a swap meet, anyone who pays the entrance fee can sell their items.
Yard sales are usually held by a single individual or family, a flea market is a larger gathering of many people who come to sell things, and an auction is a place where people can bid on items to try and get the best deal.
You would spell it "flea market" rather than "flee market."
Flea Market Cup was created in 2003.
Sorry, but no you cannot but you can ask to trade for Supershill items then sell them in flea market.
