About 5000 fat grams is what one American can consume in one day! That is crazy, it deals with fast food restaurants, unable to keep track of what is healthy or not. America needs to make choices. The above number is inaccurate, 5000 fat grams per day is almost unimaginable. 50 grams of fat per day, 500 fat CALORIES, is what the average American consumes in one day. This is horrible unhealthy. less than 20g is ideal. shoot for 10 or less!
how much money we spent in fast food like eating stuff fast and such According to Fast Food Nation, Americans spend $110 billion a year on fast food. One-quarter of the vegetables consumed in this country fall under one category: french fries. Our supersized diet is resulting in supersized waistlines. A 32-ounce soda has 26 teaspoons of sugar. Think about that the next time you get a Big Gulp at 7-Eleven.
the average American family spends about 234,398 dollars on food every year. The world population is currently at around 499,794,855 people. According to the latest census, the average family has 4 members. So, 499,794,855/4 = 124,948,714 families. So 234,893 x 124,948,714 = $29,349,578,277,602 America spends on food. OUTRAGIOUS!!! This answer appears to have a typographical error. The per capita spending in the USA was about $2000 in 2003 and 2004.
