tramadol is not an opiate its opiod like- very different. and they can be taken together at low dosage ranges under MD supervision. Its not recommended however. the top paragraph is correct

From personal exp. I think it relieves anxeity, gives your personality more of an edge, makes your mind go faster so that you can obbsess. makes you more excited about things. Some of these things can hinder you though so be careful.

Not a good idea, there are side effects and taking more than the amount suggested could increase your chances of the negative side effects.
