You have to buy AQW Battle On Battle Cards from Heromart/ Toys r Us in the US. There is a card in there with a code on it. Redeem the code here and then in AQW open your Book of Lore and open the AE tab, click more and then click the "Card Clasher" achievement. If you click "Get Item" the shop will open

The Voucher of Nulgath is obtainable through various methods, the most popular one and most sucessful is through the quest "Nulgath". The quest requires you to kill 5 Mana Elementals and the Mana Golem (Until it drops the quest item), for the chance of recieving various items used in Nulgath's quests. One of the possible drops is the Voucher of Nulgath. Remember, it is not a 100% drop, so don't complain if you don't get it the first time.

You cannot. Temporary items cannot be changed to permanent items and will be removed when you log out.

The muck covered chest in AQWorld is located with Kuro near the Green River. Twilly needs to make a deal with Kuro to get the muck covered chest.

Go to Warlic's shop in Battleon and click on the big pot underneath the shelf. Then when Warlic appears click on the sock. However, you have to defeat level 48 deers - be warned!!!!!! level 48 deer are for higher level adventurers. There will be two battles with the following level matchups:
Level 0-17: saber Deer (8)
Level 18-37: Saber Deer (28)
Level 38-57: Saber Deer (48)
Level 58-77: Saber Deer (68)
Level 78+: Saber Deer (88)

What is the drop rate for zhoom armor?
I believe is 1% or less, because i have been trying for a month to get it and haven't yet, but the vorutanium keyblade (from the Friday the 13th event) is 1% drop rate, and I got it within a week.
