If a camper is being towed by a truck owned by someone else whose insurance must cover liability for the camper the truck owner's policy or the camper owner's policy?

When I bought my new camper, my agent told me that I don't have to insure the trailer for liability because the liability extends from my vehicle policy.

Although your situation is different, I'd guess that whatever is pulling the camper is also providing the liability insurance. I'd call your agent.

If one of your vehicles is leased and requires full coverage then do your other vehicles require the same amount of coverage?

There are 3 types of coverage on all car insurance policies. 1. Liability that pays for the damage you cause to others. 2. Med pay/PIP/Uninsured motorists that cover injuries in your vehicle. 3. Comprehensive/Collision that pays for your vehicle to be repaired. Coverages 1 and 2 are generally considered policy level and have to be the same on all your cars. Coverage type 3 is a vehicle level policy and can be different from car to car. You will be able to find insurance companies that will allow you to do different coverages on all your cars but don't look too long this isn't that important. Many lease agreements require higher liability limits of 100k/person 300k/accident for injuries and 50k/accident for prperty damage. The reason why the lease agreement requires higher liability, and a finance agreement does not, is because technically you are just borrowing a leased vehicle and if you cause an accident the leasor can be sued for the damage you cause. The way the protect themselves from that happening is by aking you to carry high liability limits to minimize that possibility. Regardless if you are leasing or not you should considering liability limits this high because the cost to do so compared to the extra protection is usually a very good value. EX, if you are paying $200/6 months for liability coverage of 25k/person 50k/accident you are essentially paying $4/$1,000 of coverage. Going up to the 100k/300k coverage will likely cost $250/6 months or $0.83/$1,000 of coverage. Keep in mind regardless of how much liability coverage you carry, if you cause more damage than what you have insurance for, you then become responsible for the rest. For category 3 you'll be expected to carry nothing higher than a $500 deductible.

Which car has had the most fiery accidents?

It was stated the rear-engined and air-cooled Corvair had the most tendencies to catch fire- possibly due to aft motor mounting- plus a tendency to flip- which could cause combustible elements to ignite.

Added: The sub-compact Ford Pinto, produced for a short while in the 1960's, also compiled a bad record of fiery accidents due to its lightweight (flimsy?) construction and a poor desing which placed its gas tank at the very rear of the vehicle making it extremely vulnerable in rear end collisions.

Proof of financial responsibility must be maintained by who?

Rule of thumb - Insurance follows the car as long as it is used with permission of the owner. If you are at fault, you might get reported to your state DMV for not paying a debt and will not be allowed to renew your registration or Driver's license until the debt is satisfied. You generally can not pass yearly inspection of vehicle without insurance (proof of financial responsibility).

Can you sue an auto insurance company for not providing you with collision coverage knowing that there is a lien holder on your car when you were in an accident?

No, why should they pay for your ignorance? You didn't know you needed collision coverage on a car you owe money for? And then you want to sue them for your ignorance? I'm guessing you are young and feel entitled to everthing, and if you mess up its someone else's fault. Good luck to you, and grow up!

What if a car hits your car and doesn't stop but there are no injuries?

Still is a hit and run. Hopefully you have a good description and license plate to go with the police report you file. Most insurance companies require you to do this in order to fix your car.

If you were cited for making a wrong turn does your insurance company get notified?

Probably not BUT if you have been convicted for this YOU should tell your insurance provider yourself. As if you do not it will likely invalidate your policy. Insurance companies aren't notified but all insurance companies have access to a database that is updated whenever you get convicted of a moving violation. Your insurance company has access to this database at anytime. If you get too many convictions of moving violations then you risk losing your insurance coverage because you are too much of a risk. Depending on your insurer in it will take a few years before your moving violations "fall off" and you can begin with a "clean slate" again which means you can be insured again. Actually insurance companies will insure you but those that will will charge you a very high insurance premium until your convicted moving violations "falls off" after your insurer's designated timeframe. Note that you must be CONVICTED of the moving violation before it goes on your record. It is always a good idea to dispute the conviction and fight it in court as it takes only your time versus paying much higher premiums which cost you money. It all depends if you have more time than money or more money than time. Yes, making wrong turn, getting cited by a police officer THEN convicted in court will allow your insurance company to know you're being a bad driver.
