You can think of it two ways: 1) One milligram equals one thousandth of a gram. 2) 1000 milligrams equals one gram. The first one can be written 1 mg = 0.001 g, and the second one can be written 1000 mg = 1 g. So, 25 mg = 0.025 g. In other words, you'd need forty 25-mg pills to equal one gram of benadryl.

There aren't any KNOWN side effects.... BUT, chantix is a very fickle drug. I'm on it right now and I had to stop drinking/eating/taking anything with caffeine in it completely. So just be careful. Well I was really sore the other night and I have a huge tolerance to medications so I took 6 mg of klonopin it took the pain away but I still couldn't sleep, so a little while later I took 4 benedryl and after about an hour I was on cloud nine! I literally had to hold my eyelids open. But I did notice my breathing and heart rate slowed way down. It's definitely a potent effect but I'd be really careful with it.
