Why do the RPMs fluctuate on their own without hitting the accelerator?
I am having a similar problem with my 95' w/351. Mine fluctuates by about 300 rpm's and is fairly consistant every 3-5 seconds. I've been told that it is a vacuum leak, however, I've replaced just about all of my vacuum lines. You cant buy the factory hard plastic tubing, so I fabricated my own out of aluminum tubing and a cheap tubing bender. The aluminum tubing is readily available from hobby stores and is fairly inexpensive. Hope this helps you out. I cant find anymore vacuum leaks on mine, but it still fluctuates. Jon

Give an example of a scornful person?
A scornful person is an adjective basically treating something, or someone as unworthy and with great contempt.
With that being said, an example could go as " With a scornful look in his eye, the warrior turned away from his weaker opponent. "
My friend if its been over 7 years since your vehicle was repoed i would just wait a little longer a it should take care of its self they dont generally stay on for more then 7-10 years any way. Once something is on your credit the only way it's coming off is if you dispute the legitimacy of it. If you are able to prove your case then by law the reporting agency must remove the blemish. If your car was repossessed and that shows on your credit then it will be there forever. The only thing that makes it appear as though it does not exist is time. Most people you would go to for a loan will look back 3-5 years. They can look back as far as 10 though and most major items stop showing after 7 years such as judgements, liens, forclosures, repossessions and bankruptcies. But they are still on the history somewhere. If a dealership was to finance you now and the 7 year old repossession showed up but since then you have taken care of your creditors then they should not consider that a real issue. If you have a pattern of unpaid or late payments since the repossession then they will look at that more so then anything else. Doesn't matter if you make a million dollars a year. If your not willing to spend it on loan payments no one wants to finance you.

Update - In Mid April 2008. ********** I emailed Sprint your question about when/if they will acquire the Curve.
Below is their response:
Thank you for contacting Sprint. Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. I do understand how much you are interested in purchasing the Blackberry curve.
From time to time we keep introducing new models and also keep making enhancements to the existing models. In the recent past, we have been receiving a lot of feedback from our customers stating that they wish to use the Blackberry curve handset.
Be assured we are in the final stages of launching this phone and it will be introduced very soon. The talks are on to introduce this handset. However, no concrete decision has yet been taken. Therefore, it will not be possible for me to give you the exact date of the launch.
Once, it is decided, you will see high profile promotions related to the launch date and the features of the handset. So, be assured and give us a little more time till we bring in lots of surprises for you.

Your answer depends totally on the amount of assets and the different types of them that you want your will to cover.
If yours is a simple will, and you don't have too much money or too many valuable possessions, you could spend very little -- a few hundred dollars US. However, if you have lots of wealth, many valuable collectibles, plenty of jewelry, real estate, fancy assets, and your will is thus, complex, you'll pay more.
What are the differences between the Income Consumption Curve and the Engel's Curve?
Both curves plot the relationship between X, in this case a good, and something when income varies. However there's different variables on the vertical axis.
The ICC has a composite good on the vertical axis while the Engel curve has income on the vertical axis.

What is the similarity between myths and fairy tales?
Well, Myths are like beliefs from our ancestors thousands of years before.
Fairy tales are made up stories in nowadays for eg.
A long time ago there was the blackberry tree that was much adored by the animals who lived in his forest. His brother, the apple tree, was very fund of too, and they both bought warmth and fun in their home.
But one day monsters with two legs and two arms carrying an axes came and cut the blackberry's brother down and carried him away.
Clouded by grief and hatred, the blackberry tree grew angry all the time and was no longer nice to the animals in the forest. He was so depressed, he killed any animal that came close to him.
A fox grew tired of all this and came up with a plan that would stop the blackberry tree once and for all. He gathered all the animals he could find and snuck up on the blackberry tree. They attacked him with the largest branches they could carry. They broke off its branches and trunk till there was only a pile of leaves, wood, and blackberries. Thus creating, the blackberry bush.
What might be the problem if your 1993 Jeep Cherokee won't start?
It could be your fuseable like if... If you have lost all power and your battery is fine you can try two things: one you can turn the ignition switch and them your transmission to neutral possition and try starting it then. if this works nothing is wrong with your transmission just a chip or wiering in it the cuts power to start. the other thing is to shake the cable that runs from the battery to the starter that might work. If you hear a click and hum, but no turning of the engine, then that's the starter. Knock on it lightly with a wrench (look for two large can-like things mounted next to each other under the Jeep, just in front of the passenger set.) This will work for now, but it should be replaced.
Explain why 1 free is free to the buyer but not to society?
"Buy 2 Get 1 Free" isn't even free to the buyer. It's a one-third off sale that only kicks in if you buy three of the item.
I have a product in my store that costs $9. Two of them cost you $18. If I mark them "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" you get three for $18, or $6 each--one-third off.
This is done for two reasons--to sell through product quickly, and because people will pay a lot of money to get something free.
I'll give you an example: The company who makes your best-selling product--one people buy many packages of at once...oh, we'll say it's soup--changed the packaging it comes in. If your shelf stockers put the new package next to the old one, the new package will sell through MUCH quicker than the old--after all, who wants to buy old stuff? The quickest way to rid yourself of the old is to cut the price on it. You could put a sign on the shelf, "33 Percent Off!" and watch it sell a little quicker, or you could just stack the soup in the middle of the floor, rip the box tops off, and write "Buy Two Get One Free!" on it. Do the second and people will start carrying full boxes of soup to the register.
If you do this in moderation it's not a problem. If you do it a lot--selling product dramatically cheaper than anyone else in town until everyone else in town goes out of business, like Walmart used to do--that's a serious problem.
