How do you treat maxillary fracture?

I suggest alot of patience to start off with. My son had a maxillary fracture early Feb and today, late August, we have not yet finished with this ordeal. Apparently, the fracture was bigger than average so maybe you will be lucky and have less probems. Look into having surgical help more sooner than later after the accident, it seems it's best to have the wound fresh. Complex fractures, as in the case of my son, are today using titanium meshes and fictures which seem to be a good solution, he has had no secondary problems with these. Today we are looking into a plastic surgery to get his face closer to his natural look.

How long will it take to heal a broken ankle if you are a healthy sixteen year old boy and you broke your ankle 2 weeks ago?

With proper medical care, you should be able to walk on it in 6-8 weeks. To fully heal, allow another 6-8 weeks.

You are close but not quite right.

It should take 1 month (4-5 weeks) till you can walk on it and another 2-3 weeks for it to fully heal actually. All tho if you have a really bad one such as if the bone were to come out of the skin or actually start to dangle as if it has been hacked on by another. If either of those happen it could take at the least 2months and at the longest 3 1/2 months but that is about the worst.
