That would depend on the species of centipede found where you live. If you're in the UK, all of our centipedes are fairly small and not dangerous (unless you happen to be a spider or other centipede delicacy) and the ferret is likely to form a far greater threat to the centipede. However, their are some very dangerous varieties of centipede in other parts of the world, some of which have a bite that poses real danger to human victims - one of these would almost certainly be able to kill a ferret.
