It is located on the front right-hand side of the engine compartment. That is if you are facing the car looking at the rear of the car. It is directly in front of the fuse panel beside the engine. Hope this helps

I've had this problem with mine, the dealership marked it up as a problem with a synchro slider ring getting worn down....no idea if it's true or not though, because when I got it back my problem moved from 2nd gear to 1st magically...

It is in the side of the oil pan.

First you must fix the problem that caused the light to be set. You can try to reset the light by disconnecting the negative battery cable for five minutes. If that does not work you will need an 0BD2 scanner in order to reset the light.

Key ON, engine OFF

Wait 10 seconds, then press both INFO and RESET buttons to the right of the steering column

Cycle through the menu options until you find Language (which, unfortunately, is in whatever language your menu is currently in). Press RESET until you see English (again, in whatever language your menu is currently in). Then press INFO to confirm.

Key Off, then restart engine to confirm language switch.

just unbolt the door handle screw,pry up on the plastic piece in the slot in the door skin{you will see a spot where it looks like a flathead is needed}remove that screw pry up towards the front of the car upand out.depending on the new speakers theres only one screw to remove the factory you may have to drill holes for aftermarketdo not buy alpines!!!!

50 bucks from a Pick N Pull junkyard and you do the work yourself.

50-150 if you buy them on eBay or aftermarket ones and do the work yourself.

CTS is a cadillac model In the cobalt manual its referred to as ECT, or Electronic Coolant Thermometer It is located in the back right of the motor next to the thermostat. If you remove it, coolant will come out of that, but you can replace the new without loosing more than a half cup

under the valve cover.....remove the 4 bolts....lift out the cover with plug boots attached...plugs are way down in the head.

The main fusebox is located in the engine bay to the right of the motor.

The body fusebox is located next to the front right side of the console under the dashboard.

0.44 is the correct gap on iridian plugs

The problem could be the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on the side of your throttle body. If the Rpm fluctuate when stopping also. Make note of this problem with the stalling. This is the most reason why it would stall. Just make sure the other problem In explained is there too before you go out and buy a new throttle body. I had the same problem with my colbolt and the throttle body cost was 255.00 that's with tax. So good luck.

Here is another option. Get two flat head screwdrivers and a coat hanger. Slide one screwdriver between the metal door frame and the rubber weather stripping and pull back on the screwdriver to make a gap between the two. Then insert the other screwdriver into the gap and do the same. This should give you enough space to slide the coat hanger into the car and use it to push on the unlock button on the door panel. It takes a little work but can be done if you can keep the door from closing on the hanger.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Remove steering column covers

Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition switch

Remove the screw retaining the switch to the steering column

If you're running Celsius, On your DIC, your normal/average temperature should be 80'C. ******* Mine runs between 198F to 210F in Texas in 105 degree heat.

There are adjustment screws around the headlight but it's best to take it in to the dealer to have them set properly as they have an alignment tool they put on the light to get it set properly.

i have a 2010 chevy cobalt with 66,0000 miles and its burning gas fast and it sumtimes shakes wen its at a stop im trying to figure out if i need a tune up

Pop open the hood

Remove the two bolts that hold the headlight down (they're right on top)

Now this part is a bit tricky, wiggle and jiggle and feel like you might break something (you won't but you can do it this way) till the headlight comes out

or

Undo the front bumper fascia (bumper cover) and it'll pull out like butta

Then

Get a screwdriver, pry the electrical plug snap apart while at the same time pulling on it and it should pop off

Twist the black plastic circle one way or another till it comes off

Pull the lightbulb out

Reverse the process to reassemble and remember the lightbulb has grooves so it'll only go in one way
