Yes this is a safety precaution for the system to not allow the A/C system to work when the --- appear in the coolant temperature.

Replace the coolant temperature sensor to get this --- to start displaying the temperature again.

You have to unscrew the bracket that holds the bulb socket in place. Then you pull it out and change the bulb. I believe that you don't want to touch the new bulb with your skin as it may damage the bulb. Then you put the bracket back and screw it down with the new bulb.

could be electric, call the dealership if its still under warrenty have them tow it and fix it... happened to me..

It is reducing engine power because a sensor dictated a serious problem and to keep the engine from damaging itself it'll go to engine power reduced stage and it vibrates because its at a rough idle

there is a plug that looks like a bold under the car by the torqe converter car must be level and at operating temp then while running get under it remove plug if fluid runs out its full if not got to the top fill though the vent cap by the fuse block until fluid runs out of the plug under the car when its starts to drip out its full put the plug back in and vent cap back on and your done your owners maual dose not tell you how to do this i work at a local gm dealer ship and also own a cobalt

0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected Could be a bad plug or plug wire; or an injector problem. Is it running rough? If it sounds smooth, it could be a transient condition. Such as driving on rough roads or lugging the engine, however rough roads/lugging will unlikely set a misfire code with an automatic transmission. I'd give the light several days and see if it goes out. If it's running a bit rough and it's time for plugs and wires anyway you may go ahead and do replace them. Once it's running smoothly, the light will go out soon--three consecutive ignition cycles without a fault. The way it sets a misfire code is the computer checks the crank position sensor every 100 revolutions for any deceleration that a misfire would cause. If it discovers deceleration, it looks at the cam position sensor in order to identify the cylinder. Therefore the PCM may not detect a light misfire right away. If it detects a severe misfire, it will flash the MIL, since a severe misfire could damage the catalytic converter, and disable the lock up torque converter clutch momentarily to rule out the rough road possibility. Since this code is not set by an actual lack of spark, just unexpected engine deceleration, any action that jostles the engine will be read as a misfire.

There is no power steering pump persay. It's a motor attached to the steering column called steering assist. You can pick up a steering column with this attached anywhere from $50-$500 from a recycle yard. New, check with your local dealer.

There is a small plastic filter housing just to the right of the intake manifold. A 32mm low profile socket is needed to remove the top. Then you just change the inner filter element and screw the top back on. Be careful no to over tighten the filter or you will not be able to get it apart next time. Good luck finding this filter though and if you do they are more expensive than a regular screw-on type filter.

Look above the license plate and find the bulb assembly, grasp the flat part turn it clockwise and pull it out, the bulb just pulls straight out.

Well I am having the same problem with my 66 mustang. I believe the only way to remove the ignition is to drill it out, however I haven't done it yet. But at this point its my only option.
