No. That's not possible because chicken and duck are two different races (biological meaning). This is the same thing for a human and a monkey !
There are many reports of these crossing but most are not recent. They come from the late 1800's and early 1900's.
Many times these birds will be friends and appear to mate but there has been no DNA work to prove it one way or the other.

If you're referring to the span of time during a human female's somewhat monthly reproductive cycle when she is most sexually aroused, the span of the cycle during which her vagina is most easily aroused and most naturally lubricated, then yes, and it is natural, but it is not called "going into heat." The common reference to this process for female humans is referred to as the three day period before ovulation. That is the span of the monthly cycle during which a human female's sex hormones peak causing her to sometimes surprise herself and do things she would never otherwise consider doing when sex hormone levels are much lower. All female mammals, humans included, go through this instinctive reproductive process.
What if the roosters comb is pale?
Pale Combs in poultry are an indication of poor blood circulation. Many conditions can cause poor circulation and it depends on what exactly is ailing your bird. A good first check would be to look for parasites either on the bird (near the vent) or in the wood of the coop/ roost. Heavy parasite infestation, either external or internal (such as worms) can cause anemia. Stress tends to aggravate conditions such as this. Consult your local poultry extension specialist or call Penn State, Uconn or other credible agricultural colleges for further guidance.

Some male chicks may be used for animal feed, pet food, or composting. Alternatives to culling, such as sexing techniques before hatching or using them for alternative purposes, are being explored by some farms.

Three form of albumen surround the yolk. The first part of the albumen is added in the Magnum where the inner and out shell membranes are deposited. A small amount of thin albumen and mineral salts are deposited around the yolk.
The majority of albumen is formed in the Isthmus. It is here that Albumen or egg white is secreted and layered around the yolk and the protein strands called Chalazae are attached to the yolk and albumen. Finally, as the eggs reaches the shell gland or uterus, more water is added to the outer edge of the albumen making the outer edge more liquid than the mid and inner albumen.
