I doubt you are seeing TEETH!There is a type of tumor called a teratoma, that can have teeth, bone, & hair, and other such foreign material in it. Also, there is a condition where babies start out as twins and early in utero one twin "absorbs" the other ("vanishing twin syndrome") and this could be a cause of teeth (or other such oddities) being found in odd places in a child's (or adult's) body.
In either case, this is highly unusual and cause for concern, so I would make a doctor's appointment immediately.

I am a Registered Nurse on a pediatric floor and I also have a 12 year old daughter. 80-93 pounds is a good weight for an 11 year old girl unless the girl is really tall for her age then she would need to weigh more. "Pudgy stomachs" will go away as the girl gets taller and also after the girl begins to menstrate. With a weight of 80-93 pounds the girl should not be dieting. She could get plenty of exercise and eat good foods like fruit for snacks and also stay away from sugared sodas and chips and snack cakes. Anyone wanting to be healthy should do those things. My daughter is 12 and she weighs 115 and wears a size 3 or 5 in juniors. She looks perfect to me!!
