A study conducted in the United States from 2005-2007 found that circumcision rates had fallen to below 40% in most of the United States. In the western United States, fewer than 25% of infant males were circumcised in 2005-2007.

That is a VERY LOW WEIGHT for anybody, no matter how old they are. The 12 year old in question needs medical help and perhaps a psychiatric evaluation immediately. I was 5'5 and 76 pounds when I was 13-14...I was also anorexic and had to be hospitalized. At that weight, your body is in starvation mode, and you run the risk of heart complications. There is something seriously wrong there...she needs help right away.

I know you probably don't want to think of yourself as a "kid" at 13 (I know I didn't), but the weight/height comparison is a little different for teenagers than for adults because of all the changes your body is going through for puberty. Young teens require a higher percentage of body fat than you will as an adult. I took the liberty of entering your stats (height, weight, and age) and you are in the middle of the "healthy" zone.
