Make a mother move back to the state the father lives?
Whether or not you can make the mother move with her child back to the state where the father lives depends on the original court order, where you live, and what is best for your child. If you don't have a court order that specifies that the mother must remain in a certain state, you'll need to petition the court to make her move back. If the court believes that it is in the best interest of the child to live in the same state as the father, the mother may be ordered to move.

Actually it doesnt matter if she has a baby, in the judges eyes that has nothing to do with what you are suppose to be paying for her..if she is employed and is supporting herself it can be lowered but cant be stopped because she is still under 18 and you have to pay for her needs still, but it stops at 18, BUT if she graduates and plans on attending college then you still have to pay child support to help pay for tuition and other fees until she graduates!
How to inculcate redaing habit in your child?
If your kid likes watching TV, limit the amount of programs a day or week. If you would like, my guess would be to limit their programs to about 3 a day. Then in the time they are bored, have them have to read thirty minutes a day. Don't make them find a book of their own, then right in the middle throw it out because it's to boring. Go to the library and ask them what the most common writer, story, or even series checked out is by kids. When you go there, find a couple books. Have them be all different kinds of books. Maybe one about a orphan escape, one with action, one with horror, and maybe even one with a 'once upon a time' and 'happily ever after the end' After getting the choices, read the backs YOURSELF. Decide which one suits your child best. Then, bring home the top 3. Have them decide which one they would like the most. If they don't like any of the ones YOU picked out, go to the library with them and just let THEM choose. Anyways, once they have their book picked out, tell them they have _____ days, weeks, or months to finish the book. When their done, have them tell you about it. Once they have read a bunch of the good books you've picked out, they'll start to enjoy reading. Maybe ask them if they like WRITING books instead of READING books. If they enjoy writing them, encourage that. Writing books is just as good as reading. The trick is to find REALLY good books that they will ENJOY! I'll name a couple.

This could be possible. The Department of Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS), which issues IRS tax refunds, has been authorized by Congress to conduct the Treasury Offset Program. Through this program, your refund or overpayment may be reduced by FMS and offset to pay any past due child support, Federal agency non tax debts, or state income tax obligations.
Go to www.irs.gov and use the search box for Topic 203 - Failure to Pay Child Support, Federal Non Tax and State Income Tax Obligations

For additional information, FMS can be reached at 800-304-3107.

Who pays for flight tickets if the parent lives in a different state?
There are several factors to consider as well as alternatives:
The issue should be addressed in the custody and visitation orders.
The parent who decides to move away should pay those costs.
The costs should be shared on a pro rated basis depending on the respective income levels.
If both parents make a good living then they should take turns paying for the trip.
The parents should negotiate an agreement. If they can't then the matter will need to go before the court with jurisdiction over the case.
The age of 18 is considered to be the Age of Majority in all states with the exception of Alabama(19), Mississippi(21), Nebraska(19), Wyoming(19), and the District of Columbia(21). The Age of Majority is a legal term meaning that age at which an individual has all the rights and responsibilities of an adult. If you are not living in one of these states, you are an adult. If you are living in one of these states, you can always request to be emancipated. However, even if you have achieved the Age of Majority, if you are not supporting yourself, you are dependent on those who are and should conduct yourself accordingly. Good luck.
