The adjustment is on top of the clutch pedal , you have to put the seat back and the steering wheel up and just get under there and look for the nut and try a few turns each way till it starts to get better. Justin

The clutch hydraulic fluid reservoir for a Mazda 121 is located next to the brake booster and brake master cylinder. The reservoir is small and round and is close to the driver side fender.

It's also called a clutch position switch. It basically makes it so that you're manual won't start unless you have the clutch pressed in. It's there to keep you from starting you're car in gear without the clutch depressed that you don't hit things and ruin your car.

Things to check first are is the clutch fluid reservoir low?Second check at the transmission on the right hand side at the slave cylinder for it leaking and note(fluid would be low in the reservoir).Mazda trks are notorious for slave cyldr failure.Now if the fluid is not low and the slave is not leaking things to consider.Now do you here any noise coming from the transmission while in neutral ONLY,and once you depress the clutch pedal the noise goes away(if so the throw out bearing is going bad)I would not say the clutch is need of replacement IN most cases based on on a sticking clutch pedal.Probably the clutch master is going bad(spring is weak inside assembley) and the fluid level is fine,no leaks at the slave cylinder and what you need to do is REPLACE the clutch master cylinder!I do not recommend a rebuild go to auto zone they sell the whole unit with the reservoir,and you will have to bleed the air out at the slave cyldr once installed.Typically with this issue the pedal sticking is low fluid,leaking slave clydr,or a bad clutch master clydr.Worst case is you need a new clutch,or throw out bearing and pressure plate.Normally a failing a clutch it will slip in any gear and or not shift into a particular gear.Try the simple stuff first over a new clutch/bearing assembly.

Answer is yes. A bleeder valve is simply a tiny bolt with fluid passages built-in, and if you unscrew it far enough it will come right out. Usually this bleeder valve is located on the slave cylinder, on the transmission itself. Depending on the type of vehicle though, the valve length, thread, and head size are different.

Seat Ibiza 95 1.8 gti (ADL) Ive just spent 11 hours!!! just to change the clutch plate (working on the road with a trollyjack and stands). When i got to the pressure plate i had no way to stop the engine from turning while trying to release the pressure plate bolts, so it went back together with the old one.

if all your batteries are good and charged up you have a bad speed solenoid if your cart is older than 1993. But, if its a newer cart you could have a bad controller box. Make sure your batteries are good, it only takes one bad cell in one battery to mess things up sometimes

Easy just bolt it to the fly wheel. hey presto new clutch. I suggest getting a manual that shows how to to this ...its not that difficult of a job but does require an alignment tool to correctly align the clutch disc and pressure plate. Tool is inexpensive... You will need to replace the clutch disc,pressure plate,throw out bearing ,check and maybe replace the pilot bearing and either have the flywheel resurfaced or replaced.

you will have to remove the transmission. once you have the tranny off you can remove and replace the clutch...if you buy a new clutch specific directions will come with it...too long to write here.

mostly every dirtbike over 50 cc have a clutch so yes the xr80 do have a clutch

The clutch switch is located on the clutch pedal. Right at the firewall. Unsnap the electrial end and there is a peice of plastic if you pull the snaps loose slide it upwards and then just unsnap the switch off the pedal (bar) .

On the right side of the bike, follow the cable down to where the clutch case is. On top of this case, the cable enters into the clutch case. Right here there will be an adjuster, turn the one on the handle all the way in. Use the adjuster on the clutch case to get a rough estimate and then use the top adjustment to fine tune it.

the clutch cable attaches to the small pulley on left front of tractor mowing deck . there is a flat washer first than the cable than a locking pin to hold it hope this helps

For my 1994 Nissan pathfinder, which as im told is identical under the hood, the clutch interlock relay is on the sidewall by the battery. Grab a Chilton manual that covers that year, they have a good picture of it but mine is blue and the second closest relay to the battery itself.

I have a later Topaz, but it should be the same....It is a pretty clean job. Simply sit in the car, put your foot under the clutch pedal, & it will pull towards you slightly, you may hear a click. Depress the pedal to the floor, & your done. It may take a couple of 'adjustments. If nothing happens, you're out of room for adjustment.

Transmission must be removed. This is not a DIY job unless you are very skilled. The fact that you ask the question shows you are not. Take it to a professional.
