Go to cheatengine, download cheat engine and open up the flashing icon button and go to windows list make sure if you have tabs be on dragon fable then select dragon fable this only works in Firefox next go to any quest and fight the first monster then what ever exp you get multiply it by 8 and type it in in the values box in cheat engine then some addresses should pop up next fight another monster then whatever exp that monster gives you add it with the first monsters
for example the first monster gives you 11 exp so you multiply it by 8 and get 88 then enter that in the values box in cheat engine then press first scan then the second monster give you 6 add 6 + 11 and you get 17 then multiply 17 by 8 and you get 136 then type that in the values box in cheat engine and press next scan then you should see only 1 address or two click the one with 136 value in it or whatever you multiplied then double click it and make it frozen then double click on the values in the frozen part and make it 200000000 or 50000000 or how much exp you want when you hit a monster

I also had the same question, but basically, Seed is a buff for Summon.
If you charge your Seed for 3 turns, on the third turn, if you use Summon, you'll summon 2 minions instead of one. For example, if you cast a Berserker Minion (Strongest one), right after its attack, there'll be another Berserker to attack.

if what you mean is attatching augments that it's tricky but at certain points when purchasing weapons you will see a dot or two just to the right of the name and caliber of the weapon. this indicates if and how many augs can be attatched. Weapons with a larger than usual number of augment slots can be purchased from the stone cutter on Knothole Island. (along with some rare augments that can't be purchased anywhere else.)
