Try changing the wheel speed sensor on the back on the transmission. I had the same problem and it shifted the same way. I had a 99 so it might be different. I had one on my differential and also the back on the tranny.

I've 2006 F-350 1 is located on top center of the engine, looks like a small oil filter. 2nd is located under frivers side seat in the web of the frame.

A number of things could happen as result of TPS failure. The first noticeable thing is the MIL (Service Engine Soon) light will come on. Over a period you could also notice that the car computer has become dumb (for lack of a better term). It basically looses track of where the engine throttle is and, therefore, can sometime stall on account of ignorance. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, the car may idle too high.

I am a mechanic / technician at ford and first answer is kinda correct... It's internal to the alternator. If suspecting a regulator issue replace the entire unit as a whole. No other components to mess with. Good luck.

You could have bad injectors or glow plugs. It is hard to say without more information. Injectors would be the first thing I would have checked.

Check the turn signal switch. Don't touch the air bag if you aren't trained. It's a very dangerous process. That's a job for the dealer or a qualified technician.
i own 2002 you probably need to replace the circuit board that the bulbs plug into, i got mine at advance auto $38.00. they give 1 year replacement on their parts with reciepts. this solved my problem.

look between the radiator and the grill to find a rolled up cord for block heater. ford hides the cord there during installation. just un wrap cord and drop it down where you can get at it
