Make your own! I use a large piece of cardboard to make a template, get inside van and do bulkhead first, then sides then floor. Cut the ply slightly larger than you need then trim down to look smooth edged with a plane on the edge. You can hold left and right sides together to make symmetrical, on mine I had to make an extra cut to allow for fuel fillerpipe on inside of van. Screw in with self tappers or nuts and bolts whatever works. You can use beading at corners and or joints, although I have it down to a fine art now and job looks neat if you are careful. ~I also clean inside van cargo bay first and waxoyl too, before ply lining. Sides and bulkhead are twice the thickness of sides which must bend to fit bend in van panels. Good luck.

try replacing the fuse. i had the same problem after trying to use a phone charger. you have to put it in perfectly or the negative and positive contacts touch and blow the fuse. it wasn't designed for power on the old ones. i have a 93. it does work but you have to put it in directly with out twisting. kind of a pain. try it

hi you dont say which engine you have but on the 2.0 tdci fwd the location is at rear of the engine only viewed from underneath nearly at the top of gearbox bellhousing whereit bolts to the engine block you,ll see the wire going to it and the 8mm socket sized retaining bolt you,ll be able to reach at arms length bit awkward but can be done hope this has helped regards aspro

hi mate to reset the key code on the mondeo you have to have the red key put the red key in the ignition turn the key to number 3 and back 4 times within 3 secs the red light will stay on the dash the car is in learn mode take the red key out put what key you want to program in and turn it to number 3 and back then use it to start the car job done it worked for so good luck but you must have the red key if not ford will be the only ones that will be able to help

The side of the light fuse can be found in the fuse box. You can remove the fuse with a fuse puller or a sense of needle nose pliers. A fuse puller can be found in the fuse box.

if its electronic pump and injectors it will self bleed, if not electronic u need to drag it to get the diesel round the pipes, get someone to tow u round the block and bump it.

You can test each glow plug while still installed in the engine. Just get a test light and connect it to the positive terminal of the battery and touch the point of the test light to each glow plug terminal. If the light lights up the glow plug is good if not it is bad. You can replace the one or more that are bad or replace them all since they may not be too far behind.
