In a Ford Transit Connect T200, when the diesel warning light comes on, it typically indicates that there is about 5 to 7 liters of fuel left in the tank. yep bad starters but a lot of the trouble is caused by the two part flywheel which has anti shock springs in it if they are gone it will eat starters but worse can damage the gearbox too the best cure if this is the case ford still sell the old type solid flywheel for the new vans and this cures the problem just google flywheel transit and you will find a lot of sites with unhappy ford transit customers but other than that they don't give much other trouble

I don't know if you're saying you changed the key system to a starter system or the system wouldn't start but just clicks.

If its the latter, you may want to check for coolant in your cylinders by removing your spark plugs and spinning the flywheel. If any coolant comes out of the cylinders, then you don't have a starter system problem. The plenum on your Buick, (the plastic dome above the intake manifold/ the black rounded dome on top of the engine) may have wore a hole in itself due to friction and has pumped coolant into your intake manifold until it spills into your cylinders and makes them too full of coolant to spin through with the starter.

Again, this may be completely not the issue if you know for certain you haven't lost any coolant recently or know its a wiring problem. But this thing had me puzzled for two weeks until I took the plenum off so I figured I'd throw it out there.

Fuel pump is in fuel tank,no easy way other than dropping the fuel tank,make sure you replace the fuel filter

This light means that water has got into the fuel filter and is now due a filter change

The tire pressure for vehicles which should be on a sticker, usually on the inside of the door, is most applicable to the original tires.

You should use the tire pressure stamped on the tires which are on the car (the law requires this info be on the tires).

Probably around 35psi. Many Festy owners set their pressure about 5 lbs. lower on the rear tires to improve ride (there's no rear weight in a stiva). I believe I'm running 34 front, 29 rear.

The alternator belt is classed as a "stretchy" belt by Ford and is not re-usable.

You can do it without templates pretty easily, it's just a case of measuring it and making sure you re check all the measurements before you cut the ply.

hi the filter is on the passangers side remove the plastic trim under the wiper (4 screws) it is under the windscreen and is accesible from the engin compartment.

no but you can losen the pipes where they enter the engine

or the easy way is to toe bump it in 2nd gear round the block

I have a 2010 Ford Transit Connect. I have found no provision for turning off the traction control. This is an urgent item for The Ford Motor Company to address for TC's sold in snow areas.
